As long as you store your Sheacare products in a cool dry place, most products have a shelf life of 6-12 months. Full information can be found on each product page in the shop.

Yes. Dry, oily, or combination, we have a product for everyone. We recommend our Unscented Shea Body Butter for extra sensitive skin, if our skin-safe fragrances may irritate. However, if you have susceptible skin or a history of allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before applying it to a larger area.

While Shea butter is derived from the shea nut, it generally does not contain the proteins that trigger allergic reactions associated with tree nuts. However, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using it if you have a known nut allergy.

Sheacare Body Butters have a rich and deeply moisturising formula that helps to nourish and hydrate your skin. Shea butter is known for its natural emollient properties, which can help soothe dryness, improve skin elasticity, and leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth.

Exfoliation frequency can vary depending on your skin’s needs. Generally, using the Sheacare Scrubs 2-3 times a week is a good starting point. Adjust the frequency based on how your skin responds – if it becomes irritated, cut back to once a week. Always follow product instructions and consider consulting our experts for personalized recommendations.

We would advise that our customers only use the products intended for the face on the face, as the products that are designed for the body may be too abrasive for delicate facial skin.

Yes! Our products (especially our Whipped Shea Body Butters) can be used as hair moisturizers.

Yes, our products (particularly our Unscented Shea Body Butter) are safe for babies.

No, all our products are only tested on people.

Please place your order by clicking on the ‘Shop’ tab on our website, adding your desired items to your cart, and checking out. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.

Yes. We ship outside of Ghana via DHL

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of items selected and the destination.

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-return policy for general dissatisfaction. All sales are final.
