For deliveries outside of Accra, our Whipped Shea Body Butters can melt in transit due to the warm weather climate of Ghana. The volume of our Whipped Shea Body Butters may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidize. Please be assured that the quality of Whipped Shea Body Butters will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change and contents appear to be less. To solidify melted Whipped Shea Body Butters, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.

We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you. For all deliveries outside of Ghana, a heat-controlled environment is used by DHL.

We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
